BULLHEAD CITY–The body of missing juvenile Jeremy Duncan has reportedly been found, according to Bullhead City Police Chief Brian Williamson.

Jeremy, who was 8, was last seen Saturday morning in the 500 block of Silver Lane and on video in the 2000 block of White Sands Drive.

Over 300 teams of volunteers scoured the community Saturday searching for Jeremy, but to no avail. The volunteer end of the search was halted during the night for safety concerns, however, law enforcement worked throughout the night searching for the child. Volunteer search resumed Sunday at 7 a.m. as volunteers arrived to search again for the missing child.

Sadly, Williamson announced Sunday morning in a press conference that a body matching the description of Jeremy Duncan was found shortly after 7 a.m. in the Colorado River, south of Rotary Park.

The Bullhead City Police and Mohave County Sheriff’s Office are working together at the scene at this time.

A formal briefing will be held at 10 a.m. in the Bullhead City Council Chambers.
