AGGRAVATED DUI- KINGMAN
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jamie Ladawn Davis, 33 of Bullhead City, for three felony
counts of Aggravated DUI. On Wednesday (10/16) at approximately 9:45 PM, deputies observed a tan
sedan driving southbound on Stockton Hill Rd. and using their onboard speed radar, observed the vehicle
was driving approximately 53 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. The deputy observed the vehicle travel over
the center lane and conducted a traffic stop. Deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Davis, and
noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle. When asked how much she had to
drink, Davis advised she had a couple of shots. Davis was asked to step out of the vehicle and deputies
observed Davis using the vehicle’s door to keep her balance. A records check revealed Davis’s license was
currently suspended. Davis refused to conduct Field Sobriety Tests and a breath test was conducted, which
revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .127%. Jamie Ladawn Davis was arrested and booked into Mohave
County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT PER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE- MOHAVE VALLEY
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Kenneth Francis Mohs, 53 of Fort Mohave, for one felony
count Aggravated Assault per Domestic Violence. On Thursday (10/17) at approximately 6PM, deputies
responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Easy St. in reference to a domestic violence call. Deputies
arrived on scene and made contact with the victim, who advised that she had been in a verbal argument
with her husband, identified as Mohs. The victim advised that she had her back to Mohs, when he came up
behind her and placed his hands around her throat and began choking her. The victim advised she was able
to get away and Mohs left the residence. A child at the residence was able to confirm the victim’s statement.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 5500 block of Ruby St. and observed Mohs vehicle, and made
contact with Mohs, who advised he had acted in self-defense. Kenneth Francis Mohs was arrested and
booked into Mohave County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

DANGEROUS DRUG POSSESSION- KINGMAN
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Michael Christopher Grensavitch, 55 of Kingman, for
Dangerous Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia Violation, both felonies. On Thursday (10/17) at
approximately 7PM, deputies observed a vehicle with one headlight driving on Melody St. and conducted a
traffic stop. Deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Grensavitch, and asked for his license and
vehicle’s documents. Grensavitch advised he did not have a license and began looking in the glove box for
the remaining paperwork, during which time deputies observed a syringe in plain sight inside the vehicle.
Deputies asked Grensavitch to exit the vehicle and a records check revealed an expired driver’s license. A
consented pat search revealed a baggie containing 1.1 grams of methamphetamine, and a baggie
containing marijuana. Michael Christopher Grensavitch was arrested and booked into Mohave County Adult
Detention Facility without incident.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT PER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE- LAKE HAVASU CITY
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Gregory Allen Hoefs, 27 of Lake Havasu City, for three
counts of Aggravated Assault per Domestic Violence and Disorderly Conduct with a Weapon per Domestic
Violence, all felonies. On Friday (10/18) at approximately 10:45 AM, deputies responded to a hotel in the
3100 block of London Bridge Rd. in reference to a delayed domestic violence call. Deputies made contact
with the victim, who claimed that on the night prior, Hoefs had entered her hotel and placed his hand around
her neck, choking her, while holding a knife to her stomach. Deputies observed bruises on the victim’s neck
consistent with strangulation, and recovered the pocket knife described as being used. Deputies responded
to a job site in the 3400 block of Thunderbird Ln. where Hoefs was working and placed him in custody.
When asked, Hoefs claimed he went to the hotel to talk to the victim about their child and did not provide
any details about the incident. Gregory Allen Hoefs was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Adult
Detention Facility without incident.
